I used ajet.com for my flight, the booking part was perfectly fine. So naturally, I assumed the rest would be just as smooth. Cute idea. Boarding was a mess at the gate, with people standing around, unclear instructions, and groups being called without anyone really checking who was going when. It dragged on way longer than it needed to. The staff weren’t rude, just seemed unorganized. Once we were finally on the plane, the flight itself was fine, but the boarding process definitely added a nice little layer of stress to the trip...

I got it to work after a few tries, but I was a little frustrated by the process. It wasn’t as easy as I expected, and by the time it finally worked, I was kind of wishing I had picked something else.

I flew with Ajet Innovations last week and didn’t expect much when it came to timing, since I’m used to flights running a bit late. But this one actually surprised me. Boarding started exactly when they said it would, and we even landed a little early. No hanging around, no stress, just a smooth trip. For me, that easily makes it a 5-star experience.

It did get there in the end, but it was delayed twice, which was frustrating. I also don’t have a lot of confidence in customer service to give a straight answer when stuff like this happens, so I mostly just waited it out. Not the worst experience, but definitely not one I’d want to repeat.

Overall, it works well enough for me, especially since I fly some of the same cheaper routes fairly often. It’s not flawless, but if you use them regularly and actually collect the rewards, it can be good value

I needed to switch my travel dates, and the process ended up being a bit of a hassle with all the extra fees. The service itself was fine overall, but I wish changing a ticket was simpler and didn’t cost so much...

My card payment went through fine, fine overall. It just took a few seconds longer than I expected, but everything worked in the end.

I’ve been using AJet mainly because they seem to fly to a surprisingly wide mix of places from Turkey, not just the usual beach or big-city stops. For me, their network is just practical, and the prices I saw were reasonable enough. Booking on ajet.com was straightforward too, nothing fancy, but it worked fine. I’d use them again if I need a direct-ish route without turning the trip into a whole airport puzzle.
